UK Delivery Options
STANDARD UK DELIVERY: 1 pair £3.95, 2 pairs £4.95 - Orders are dispatched within five working days and are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which takes a further 1-5 working days and tracking is not available. A signature is required on delivery, so if no one is in a card will be left and you can collect your order from your local Post Office or arrange redelivery.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY: 3+ pairs £14.95 - Orders are dispatched within five working days and are sent via courier, which takes a further 1-2 working days and are fully trackable. A signature is required on delivery, so if no one is in a card will be left and you can arrange re-delivery directly with the courier.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY: 1 pair £6.95, 2 pairs £8.95 - Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with this service and are trackable. Order by 2pm Monday to Thursday and you will receive your order by 1pm the next day. If you order before 2pm on a Friday, your order will be delivered by 1pm on the following Monday. If you require delivery on a Saturday please select the Saturday Delivery option. A signature is required on delivery, so if no one is in a card will be left and you can collect your order from your local Post Office or arrange redelivery.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: 1 pair £12.95, 2 pairs £14.95 - Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are trackable. Order by 2pm on Friday and you will receive your order by 1pm Saturday. If you wish to nominate a particular Saturday, please email or call us once you have placed your order. A signature is required on delivery, so if no one is in a card will be left and you can collect your order from your local Post Office or arrange redelivery. Unfortunately this service is not available for more than 2 pairs- please contact the office if you require more than 2 pairs for Saturday delivery.
International Delivery
Orders are dispatched within five working days via courier, and are fully trackable. Transit time are between 1-3 working days, depending on the country of destination. If you require urgent delivery please email or call us once you have placed your order. For prices see below- please note if you wish to order more than three pairs, please contact us for a delivery price before placing your order.

What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale goods), providing shoes are returned in their original condition with no marks or blemishes, in their original packaging (which should also be in pristine condition). Please note shoes have a beautifully soft leather sole, which marks easily. Only try them on in a soft carpeted area, as even wooden floors can cause damage & we are only able to exchange or refund goods in their original, perfect condition. Your shoes may have a protective film on the soles- please note once this is removed shoes are non-returnable.
The cost of return postage and loss of any items returned to us is your responsibility and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Click here to download a returns form.
