Posted on October 18 2019

When thinking of weddings, what colour springs to mind? Ivory? White? Well, what about a rich forest green wedding? A dark green colour can be integrated beautifully not only when planning a winter or autumnal wedding, but if you want a floral, woodland, luxe or even a vintage wedding.
1) Green and Gold Luxe Wedding
Forest green can be paired with golds and champagne tones to give a gorgeous luxe feel. Which would work whatever the season!

2) Green Floral Woodland Wedding
If you want more of an ethereal, woodland feel to your wedding why not try matching a dark green with more neutral colors, such as a soft blush.
If you want to be more subtle, you can bring in green tones through your wedding bouquet and foliage. This gives a natural boho look, which is perfect if you're going for a woodland/ forest or even garden setting wedding.

Real bride Jodi had a boho fairytale wedding, set in this picturesque forest. Jodi wore a soft blush dress that compliments a more relaxed woodland setting.

3) Green and Ivory Wedding
Put a twist on the classic ivory by introducing green with the shoes and decor. A Forest Green gives ivories and whites a fresh new modern look.
