There is something undeniably classic about a pointed wedding shoe. They have a really timeless look as well as being super elegant, which is just one of reasons they make the perfect wedding shoe. Not only that but points can be worn in any season too so whether you're planning a Summer or Winter wedding (or anything in between), read on for our pick of the points.

Before we do, just a word about points and larger feet. Speaking as a size 40 myself, I used to avoid points for fear that they made my feet look bigger. Stop right there! The truth is that whilst some points can because they have a really elongated shape, the perfect point is actually very flattering on the foot and can in fact do the exact opposite. We carefully design all our points to be the latter and I speak from experience as both the designer and the wearer!

So let's get to the point (see what I did there?) and introduce our favourite pointed  wedding shoes...

REMI 

New this season Remi is fast becoming a new favourite here at RS. It's the perfect combination of understated and unique, with just enough detail on the back but with a simple yet perfectly cut front. The V-shape at the front gives a really flattering fit and the super soft metallic suede not only looks great, but also makes the shoe feel incredibly comfy. 

ANAIS

For a truly RS signature style look no further that the uber elegant Anais. Made from beautiful mint green suede, this super pretty point takes inspiration from our classic Mimosa shoe, with appliquéd petal shapes and delicate metallic detailing. A simple ankle strap gives you all the support you need and the classic low heel makes for a timeless bridal look.

CHARLIE

Sometimes the most simple idea is the best and that's certainly true when it comes to our new Charlie shoe. At RS we're known for our intricate detailing, so when it comes to creating more pared down designs we still like to add our own touch! Charlie has a beautifully simple pointed toe in soft ivory leather, combined with a heel which is signature RS with appliquéd panels and elegant silver detailing. Cool yet classic.

CLEMENTINE

One of the most classic bridal shoes in the collection, Clementine has a beautifully vintage look whilst managing to have a fresh modern look at the same time. We love the design of the scalloped panels with super fine metallic binding, which emphasises the Art Deco inspired pattern. A simple leather ankle strap and classic low heel keep you supported and comfortable from day to night.

BRONTE

Another new style this season, Bronte is perfect if you're looking for a flat pointed wedding shoe. Made from delicious dusky blue suede, our flat points have a soft- almost almond- shaped point which is really flattering whatever your foot size. The crossover gold straps look stunning on the foot as well as offering superb t-bar support. Beautiful and practical, what more do you need?

AMBER

Last but not least meet Amber, another of our pointed flat styles. Available in either classic ivory or romantic powder pink, the Art Deco inspired appliqué on the front is all the detail you need to stand out whilst the timeless two part design remains perfectly timeless.
