Outside of the UK and EU Rachel Simpson Ltd is not responsible for any customs charges that may apply to the import of goods into your chosen country of delivery. Please note customs charges vary widely between different countries and we have no control over these– they are not covered by the delivery charge.

Please note: we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as orders are dispatched via courier and require a signature. We are unable to amend address details once you have placed your order.

How to return your items:

 

UK RETURNS

  1. We are happy to offer a refund within 90 days (14 days for sale items) of receiving your purchase, providing items are returned in their original perfect condition with no marks or blemishes and all shoes with the protective plastic film on both soles.
  2. If you have ordered your shoes through one of our stockists, you should contact them directly before returning your items.
  3. Items must be in their original packaging, which should also be in pristine condition.
  4. Please email info@rachelsimpsonshoes.co.uk if you wish to return your items.  

 

Full price items:

We are currently offering free returns for all full price items purchased*, and we will email you a returns label upon request, free of charge**

Sale items:

If you wish to purchase a returns UK label please email us and we will help you arrange the purchase of a returns label at a cost of £4.95.

 6. You will be notified by email once your refund has been actioned. Please allow up to 14 working days depending on the delivery service used.

NON-UK RETURNS

      2. If you have ordered your shoes through one of our stockists, you should contact them directly before returning your items.
      3. Items must be in their original packaging, which should also be in pristine condition.
      4. Please package your items securely and clearly mark the outside of the box as Returned Goods.
      5. Full price items should be returned to Rachel Simpson Ltd, C/O Alt FineCom Finishing-eCommerce-Logistics GmbH, Otto-Brindl-Strasse 1, Plattling, D-94447, Germany. If you ordered items in a Sample Sale please return them to co Rachel Simpson Ltd, The Old Bus Garage, Harborne Lane, Birmingham, B29 6SN, UK
    1. The cost of return postage and loss of any items returned to us is your responsibility and we therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for a value of the goods.
    2. You will be notified by email once your refund has been actioned. Please allow up to 14 working days depending on the delivery service used for international returns. 

Please note we do not accept International returns from FedEx- please use an alternative courier. All customs / duty charges must be paid for by you before an item is returned- these should not be charged if you have labelled the box as Returned Goods, however this is out of our control.
